Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter with a proven track record of success.
- Language skills: Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English, both written and spoken.
- Technical knowledge: A solid understanding of technology, technical roles, and the skills required in the IT sector.
- Interview expertise: Ability to conduct a variety of interview types, assessing candidates effectively across multiple levels.
- Strategic mindset: Demonstrated ability to create and execute tailored recruitment strategies that drive results.
- Relationship builder: Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Communication skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for clarity and persuasion.
- Flexibility & proactivity: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process: Take ownership from sourcing to onboarding, driving a seamless candidate experience.
- Craft recruitment strategies: Develop innovative strategies tailored to each role to ensure we attract the best talent quickly.
- Partner with hiring managers: Collaborate closely with team leaders to create detailed candidate profiles and uncover any gaps.
- Source top talent: Tap into various channels to discover and engage the most qualified candidates, while constantly exploring new sourcing methods.
- Data-driven decisions: Keep our ATS up to date with feedback, forms, and analytics, ensuring all recruitment data aligns with our corporate standards.
- Interview and assess: Conduct interviews for candidates across different levels, gathering insightful feedback and making informed hiring recommendations.
- Market analysis: Stay on top of industry trends by preparing detailed market analyses to guide recruitment decisions.
