Customertimes: Thanks for being part of this, Angel! Tell us about your background. How did you end up at CT?
Angel Di Legge Kokoszka: I was working at a Patient Engagement and Referral software company when a family friend reached out to me. The friend happened to be a former CT client who became a CT employee, and the rest is history!

CT: You have a few different job titles. What are some of your responsibilities?
ADK: I’m a coach and mentor to our Business Analysts and Project Managers. I help them improve their existing skills and gain new ones to support their career goals. I also support a wide variety of projects as Project Manager, Business Architect, and Business Analyst, and I act as Subject Matter Expert, Salesforce Consultant, and Quality Assurance and Training Lead.

CT: What do you enjoy most about your role?
ADK: On the consulting side, I appreciate the opportunity to learn about new industries, business operations, services and products. I’m glad to have the opportunity to be creative by re-designing how a department or company operates and developing new products for leading industries. I also love to meet new people and travel, so I look forward to getting back on the road soon.

On the management side, I’m grateful to be part of a growing company because I can help define and implement country and global initiatives. Plus, I’m happy to use my knowledge and expertise to support my co-workers.

CT: What inspired you to pursue a career in technology?
ADK: As I was growing up, I saw how large a role technology played in people’s lives, and I was curious to learn more about how it has disrupted different industries.

CT: Why is CT an exciting place to work right now?
ADK: We are a fast-growing company, working in leading industries, and building innovative solutions.

CT: What would you tell women who are considering a career in technology? What training do you suggest?
ADK: Start networking! Talk to people to learn about different career paths within technology, and consider where your interests lie. For example, I’m interested in the medical, health, and pharmaceutical industries, so I look for opportunities in those fields.

CT: Is there someone who has been instrumental in helping you reach your current position?
ADK: There are a few people who have been instrumental in helping with my achievements. Their wisdom inspires me to be better, be confident, humble, and kind. I’m also an observant person and have learned a lot just by listening and watching others.

CT: How do you maintain a work/life balance?
ADK: It’s a challenge, but planning my days (both work and personal events) helps me achieve a balance. At the end of my workday, I head straight to the gym and this forces me to shut down / turn off work.

CT: What do you think is key to being successful at your job?
ADK: I think it’s a combination of time management skills, confidence, and being personable. I also think good communication, listening, documentation, and organizational skills are important!
