Expanding Our Territory 

Now, Customertimes is growing rapidly, with a new office in Germany opening this summer and an expanded office in the UK.  

“We’re glad to be expanding throughout EMEA and into the German market,” says Jim Goldfinger, Chief Customer Officer at Customertimes. “This move, along with our increased presence in the UK, will help us keep up with the growing demand for our unique services.”  

To help guide our growth in these countries, we’re happy to introduce two new directors.  

David Rehberg 

David Rehberg, Sales Director HLS Germany, will be working with our HLS customer base in the DACH region, and throughout Europe and the entire organization as an HLS expert. He has more than 10 years of experience in the HLS market and joins CT from roles at Veeva, Salesforce, and IQVIA.  

He has an MBA in Management and Communication – he wrote his thesis on the strategic implementation of CRM technologies in the HLS market – and is looking forward to covering new ground as part of the German expansion.  

“I’m looking forward to contributing my experience here,” he says. “My interest in leading-edge digital solutions is what led me to Customertimes, and I’m glad to use my entrepreneurial skills and HLS insight to impact our customers.”  

Bobby Singh 

Bobby Singh, Sales Director UK&I, comes to Customertimes from leading roles with Cognition24, DSP Managed Services, and Interoute. Bobby has hit the ground running at CT, joining Customertimes UK Director Matt Baker in ramping up our UK practice and establishing CT as the largest SI HLS specialist in the UK.
