Talent Acquisition Specialist


Customertimes is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist.


  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process
  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Telegram-chats, professional communities)
  • Analyse job openings and initiate discussion of missing points with hiring manager
  • Good knowledge of the local IT market specifications and internal business needs of Customertimes
  • Market mapping of the potential candidates
  • Post open positions on appropriate sites
  • Present feedback about interview process to hiring managers and candidates that were reviewed by senior colleagues
  • Create vacancy profiles, project description, job posts & job offers
  • Interview all-level candidates
  • Collect recommendations on candidates according to ethics standards
  • Fill ATS according to the internal corporate standards (collect feedback, attach feedback forms & tasks)
  • Mentor junior colleagues
  • Work independently
  • Accept team priorities & look at every opportunity as a chance to learn and help the team
  • Participate in professional conferences
  • Reporting and analytics
