Talent Acquisition Lead


Customertimes is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead.


  • Higher education  
  • +1.5 years of experience in an international company or high-level recruitment agency  
  • Experience in IT recruitment is highly desirable  
  • Strong recruitment skills  
  • English – Upper-intermediate (both written and oral)  
  • Proactive, open-minded person with excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills  


  • Leading the full cycle recruitment process in Russia  
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels (job sites, LinkedIn, recruitment database, references, etc.)  
  • Interaction with recruiting agencies, partnership support, and development  
  • Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews in order to identify candidate’s professional skills, motivation, etc.
  • Organizing and participating in assessments of candidates (business cases, role plays)  
  • Consulting with hiring managers on recruitment best practices 
  • Tracking and maintaining local and global recruiting databases  
  • Conducting references checks on the final candidates as needed  
  • Working with hiring managers during the recruiting process from beginning to end: discuss staffing plans, internal promotions, relocations, etc.
  • Recruitment reporting: completing staffing tables, providing all required reports in accurate and timely manner  
  • Participation in various recruitment-related projects
