Senior Salesforce Consultant

Greater Toronto Area, Remote

Customertimes is hiring an experienced Salesforce Consultant. As part of the implementation team, you will manage product development and delivery of enterprise-level, Salesforce-based technology solutions.

Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) 
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant 
  • At least one year of experience as a system and/or business analyst in the IT field
  • Real experience compiling project and user documentation
  • Good communication skills plus upper intermediate level English
  • Broad knowledge and experience in the creation of mockups and prototypes
  • Understanding of UX fundamentals along with the basic principles of building user interfaces and determining workflow
  • Understanding of the technologies and principles used to build modern web applications
  • Ability to determine efficient solutions and reach a balance between technical solutions and business needs
  • Understanding of common notations used for visual modeling
  • Understanding or a willingness to learn the basics of various domain areas
  • Working knowledge of Agile-based methodologies
  • Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

  • Meet with project managers to determine CRM needs
  • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
  • Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications
  • Design and build high-performance, reusable, reliable Apex code according to best practices
  • Develop Lightning and LWC UI components
  • Ensure the highest possible quality of the application
  • Identify bugs and adhere to requirements during debugging
  • Write test classes and ensure more than 80% code coverage
  • Develop end-to-end apps for AppExchange
  • Introduce and set up Continuous Deployment processes
  • Introduce new ideas to improve process or efficiency
  • Coach junior staff
  • Lead development of functional solution architecture and design
  • Adhere to application and integration development best practices
  • Adhere to enterprise architecture standards, plus environment management, testing, and Force.com platform best practices
  • Gather information and analyze customer requirements, and document these requirements (SRS, use cases, BPMN, UML, wireframes, etc.)
  • Coordinate the requirements and the design solution with the customer
  • Facilitate communication between the client and the development team during the project implementation
  • Plan and monitor BA process and activities
