We are a Salesforce Partner with a global presence and are looking to add experienced Sales Executives for the Healthcare, Pharma, and Life Sciences industries to our growing teams in Canada and the USA. Job Description

As a proactive sales professional, you should be capable of promoting professional services of implementation and development of software applications. As a key member of the Customertimes, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding experience to our business partners while enhancing their ability to better serve their customers.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience building relationships with multi-billion companies and selling IT services
  • Million-Euro mentality. No small deals unless they land with the potential to grow
  • Ability to bring net new revenue to Customertimes within the first 6-9 months of your employment
  • Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Unparalleled customer service skills

Also, the most successful candidates would have:

  • Experience selling Custom Software Development, System Integration, and/or Digital Engineering Services (i.e., outstaffing)
  • Experience selling Salesforce-related services

Responsibilities

  • Introduce Customertimes to your business network
  • Generate new business for Customertimes by selling IT services to the companies you have close relationships with
  • Build and lead a mid-/long-term strategy for the market
  • Develop long-term C-level relationships to drive revenue
  • Translating business vision into a short and long-term strategy, backed by tactical actions to deliver business outcomes
  • Land and expand within net new accounts. Managing these accounts by ensuring existing high NPS and customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed annual sales quota
  • Effectively communicate the Customertimes value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Share information with Customertimes leadership regarding business challenges faced by our customers and industry trends which may impact our business
  • Contribute to the sales pipeline with detailed information regarding the number of potential and qualified prospects/opportunities, along with their status and next steps
