Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will own all aspects of implementation and overall improvement for our Salesforce Health Cloud, Service & Marketing, and Sales Cloud platform. You will work closely with direct clients, general contractors, business users, subject matter experts, and will participate in all phases of new implementations, including pre-sale, planning, design, configuration/development, testing, go-live, and roll-outs.Qualifications
Basic- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems / Information Technologies or similar
- 5+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
- 1+ years of previous experience with gathering requirements from the client / business and documentation
- Extensive experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
- Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
- Must be self-motivated and decisive
- Should have experience negotiating vendor contracts, drafting and submitting budget proposals, and recommending budget changes where necessary
- Experience successfully leading projects to conclusion, on-time and within budget
- Experience leading, motivating, and managing project team of all sizes
- Must be able to shift priorities according to the demands of the project
- Must demonstrate analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
- Previous experience in CRM implementation projects
Responsibilities
- Manage a group of projects related to SFDC and related product implementations
- Be responsible for successful project delivery
- Provide leadership for the project team
- Motivate team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
- Report on project results, deliverables, and metrics
- Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project
- Identify appropriate resources to achieve project objectives within planned timeframes
- Monitor staff performance
- Evaluate and mitigate project risks and issues
- Understand and address customer goals
- Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution
- Assist in presales and negotiation activities
- Manage project budget
- Define the Statement of Work and Specifications
- Manage communications with the customer
- Establish practices, templates, policies, and tools required for project success
