Customertimes is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner.

Job Description

As a part of our team, you will work in close collaboration with the Global Head of Delivery, cooperate with international teams, and work in an HR structure that includes more than 80 people globally (HR BP, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Brand Management, Learning & Development).


  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner incorporate
  • University degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Advanced English, written and spoken
  • General knowledge of project management (SCRUM and PMBOK are words that say something to you)
  • Ability to diagnose issues in a qualitative and data-driven approach
  • Ability to provide coaching, feedback, and facilitation
  • Ability to make an impact, persuade, and build trust with both employees and business leaders
  • Hands-on attitude
  • Professional Certifications such as CIPD, SHRM (as a plus)
  • Experience with working in a cross-location team (as a plus)


  • Build a strategic partner relationship with all levels of management, as well as employees in the Delivery organization that you support
  • Partner with the Global Head of Delivery to build an efficient HR environment
  • Provide consultation and strategic counsel to Delivery leaders on HR best practices in order to optimize business outcomes
  • Reinforce leadership development
  • Handle the employee relations within the Delivery organization on a cross-location level
  • Drive the employee lifecycle in partnership with the Business HR Team and the Learning and Development Team
  • Collaborate with TA team to ensure the successful onboarding experience to new hires
  • Work hand in hand with Employer Brand & Communications team to both keep and grow the internal brand among employees
  • Identify high-performing and high-potential employees and advise the Heads of Delivery of the strategy and action plan to ensure their development and retention within the organization
  • Support various HR projects and initiatives within on a cross-location level
  • Act in different roles to make an impact in the fast-growing and dynamic organization

Strategic Partner

  • Ensure the strategic relationship between human resource management and core business values
  • Track and analyze the HR metrics and their correlation to business success
  • Deal with business challenges

Change Agent

  • Serves as a transformational leader for the organization by leading a necessary change
  • In collaboration with the HR Centers of Excellence, initiate changes in different HR processes and policies based on business needs and challenges
  • Partner with Head of Delivery to improve the people management environment and help the employees to navigate in a fast-changing environment

Employee Advocate

  • Translate the feedback and messages from employees into business language and act as a chain between the employees and the business
  • Support business leaders to design and build an environment where employees are enthusiastic and dedicated to their job
  • Conduct team facilitation/group & 1×1 discussions to achieve synergy through the involvement of team members in decision-making
  • Evaluate, mitigate, and raise to leaders in regards to the risks in people management-related areas
  • Mitigate and manage the conflicts in the organization between different stakeholders

HR Expert

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR practices, strategy, and technologies
  • Investigate and propose HR solutions to solve business challenges
