Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Production Planning (SAP PP)
- 5+ years, Demonstrate an excellent track in best practice as SAP solution designer for the SAP Manufacturing modules.
- Strong customizing skills on Production, Shop Floor Control, Repetitive Manufacturing, Materials Management BOM, PDT, Routing, Plant Configuration, MRP Configuration, Work Center Capacities, Evaluations and Group Capacity.
- Knowledge of Repetitive Manufacturing and Discrete Manufacturing.
- At ease with Microsoft Office tools, SNOW, Jira, SAP Me, SAP Solution Manager and in general with IS tools.
- Proven track record of at least 1-2 successful end-to-end SAP PP implementations.
- Strong understanding of production planning processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions and collaboration with project teams.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on project requirements.
- Knowledge of SAP architectures and integration/interface technologies such as EAI, iDoc, Webservices, etc, will be an advantage.
- Language: Fluent in English, additional language, German, French or Spanish, is a plus
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation and Support activities regard to SAP Production Planning and ability to handle Production Planning and Execution processes.
- Assists clients with data migration (functional), data mapping, cleansing, consolidation and manual data creation.
- Understand client requirements, provide solutions and functional specifications, and configure the system accordingly.
- Develop and/or approve functional specifications for the team
- Ability to create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint that need to be conveyed and be able to present them to the client.
- Ability to create Process Flows in Microsoft Visio’s for the client’s proposed business processes.
- Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD/BDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.
- Deliver SAP Manufacturing Training to Process Owners and Process Champions
- Integration of the PP module with other SAP modules like QM,PP,PM, MM, CO and with external applications.
- Participation in system integration Testing cycles
- SAP Cutover planning for manufacturing site(s) assigned to the role in each testing cycle and go-live
