Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual with management-level experience in Salesforce. We are open to considering current Engineering Managers as well as Salesforce Leads or Architects located in Europe or LATAM region.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical background with 3+ years of experience in the Salesforce platform at a management level.
  • Proven management experience in leading teams and projects.
  • Experience in software architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
  • Willingness and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

Resourcing Responsibilities

  • Build and manage an effective organization comprising 10+ employees, including establishing a robust managerial structure within the engineering group.
  • Facilitate interactions between the engineering/resource groups and other units, as well as shared services within the company.
  • Promote the company culture within the engineering group and enhance the company's image for external candidates and employees.
  • Optimize and maintain the resource pool structure to support group development.
  • Develop and implement a long-term engineering group development plan aligned with company strategy.

Pre-Sales Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in pre-sales activities.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility, commitment, and accurate estimations of solutions during the pre-sales process.
  • Ensure successful transition from operations to projects, adhering to best practices of Capability.

Technical Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of quality standards at the practice level.
  • Ensure technical supervision of quality standards in projects, ensuring compliance by each team member.
  • Launch new specialties in response to business demands.
