Salesforce Business Analyst Consultant with German
Job Description

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, fluently in both German and English
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, business analysis, or related roles
- Proven experience in supporting and implementing Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration
- Basic understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
- Ability to make informed technical decisions and recommendations based on business requirements and best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer experiences
Nice to have:
- Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, presentations, and demos to showcase Salesforce solutions
- Experience working with Pharma and/or CPG industries
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and strategic recommendations on Salesforce solutions and best practices
- Be prepared to work onsite in the customer's office 2-3 days a week, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and quality assurance analysts, to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and demos to showcase Salesforce capabilities and solutions to clients
- Design and implement improvements in Salesforce solutions in collaboration with the development team
- Be a part of implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, development, and integration
- Provide guidance and recommendations on technical decisions and best practices
- Promote the adoption of standard solutions and best practices to optimize Salesforce usage and efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients
