Job Description

The team is currently engaged in the creation of Patient Support programs tailored for a pharmaceutical company in the United States.
System that contains data and tracking communication with patients enrolled in medical programs. Ambassadors (certified nurses - our users) provide support on specific products. This is not medical support or advice (this is done by the medical office), but information on the product, how to take it, what to expect, how it works, collateral effects, help with managing the product, insurance.

Qualifications

  • At least 2+ years of demonstrable experience as a Salesforce architect, with a proven track record of successful implementations and solutions.
  • Previous experience in effectively leading and managing project(s) with at least 2 Salesforce development teams, demonstrating the ability to motivate, guide, and drive teams towards project goals.
  • Proven experience in engaging with key clients to understand their requirements, communicate project progress, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in estimating project timelines, resource requirements, and costs accurately, with a keen understanding of project management principles.
  • Strong leadership qualities coupled with effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders and team members.

Nice to have:

  • Architectural Framework Development: Ability to develop and implement frameworks for validating technical hypotheses, utilizing methods such as Spike, Proof of Concept (POC), and Minimum Viable Product (MVP), to ensure efficient and effective solution design.
  • Technical Debt Processes: Experience in enhancing processes to systematically identify, manage, and mitigate technical debt throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring the long-term stability and scalability of Salesforce solutions.
  • Proficiency in the Russian language at a communicative level

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated individual who will be rigorously accountable for the technical implementation within Salesforce. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the technical dynamics involved, including the operational mechanisms, purposes, and underlying reasons.
  • Architectural Oversight: Establish and lead architectural committees to provide and communicate architectural changes to the team via HLDs and ensure that engineers creatively adhere to these standards through LLD reviews.
  • Project Estimation: Develop and implement processes to provide realistic and appropriate timelines for project deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate estimations.
  • Documentation Management: Effectively maintain high-quality technical documentation, differentiating between High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
  • Technical Debt Management: Implement strategies to rigorously track and manage technical debt, which is currently not adequately addressed.
