Customertimes is hiring an experienced Principal Architect.

Qualifications

  • Executive client-facing presentation experience. Must be very comfortable strategizing, troubleshooting, and solutioning on live calls.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform certified
  • Advanced, applied (hands-on) experience in SFMC development, customization, and/or integrations
  • English level: Advanced

Responsibilities

Oversee company delivery projects that utilize Marketing Cloud and Pardot from the practice side, which includes:
  • Estimates validation
  • Key decision review and support
  • Strategic technical consulting (up-to-date live doc with recommendations shared with customer)
  • Internal assessment – updated quarterly
  • Possible accelerators – updated quarterly
  • Assess and mentor project technical leads and architects
  • Crisis management support
Also:
  • Help define architectural best practices for Marketing Cloud
  • Participate in research for new MC and Pardot features
  • Maintain expertise for Marketing Cloud and Pardot – play role of Cloud Expert, provide guidance to Sales, Delivery, and LnD teams
  • Help prepare learning/ongoing education programs for both newcomers and existing team members
  • Participate in technical presales kits and Gold master demos preparation
  • Support sales team in technical estimates, design proposals, and demo preparation
  • Support sales teams with customer demos
  • Participate in Salesforce diagnostics programs for different customers
  • Attend Salesforce events and play the role of Salesforce news ambassador within the company
