Middle Salesforce Consultant


Customertimes is hiring an experienced Salesforce Consultant. As part of the implementation team, you will manage product development and delivery of enterprise-level, Salesforce-based technology solutions.

Job description

This role will assist with Salesforce Marketing Cloud diagnostics programs for different customers, design architectural solutions for large complex solutions using SFMC, and help with hands-on development. You are expected to bring and maintain expertise for Marketing Cloud and Pardot – you’ll serve as Cloud Expert and provide guidance to Sales, Delivery and L&D teams. As a SF MC Architect, you will interact with our customers trying to understand their challenges and needs, take part in requirements gathering and help provide them with Marketing Cloud solutions. You will also be collaborating with sales team on technical estimates, design proposals, and demo preparation, as well as participating in Salesforce diagnostics programs for different customers.


  • Executive client-facing presentation experience
  • Ability to strategize, troubleshoot, and solution on live calls
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform certifications
  • Experience with end-to-end implementation of complex enterprise Salesforce MC solutions, including its integration between different business systems
  • Hands-on experience using Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Build, and Marketing Cloud data model
  • Practical knowledge of Cloud Pages, AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, MC Connect, Marketing Cloud APIs
  • Experience with multiple Business Units and Mobile Studio
  • Hands-on experience in web development technologies like HTML, XML, CSS, JSP, WSDL & SOAP
  • Applied experience in SFMC development, customization, and/or integrations
  • DB, MS Office
  • Experience with CRM-, BI-, ERP-systems as a plus


  • Participation in Salesforce implementation projects as a consultant
  • Preparation of project documentation
  • Design and initial testing of the system
  • Customization of the system as Admin
  • Support and user training
