Middle and Senior Sales Development Representative

Kyiv, Lviv, Remote

As a part of our team, you will create strategies to address industry issues, manage outbound leads, and work closely with the on-the-ground sales teams in the US and EMEA to convert your prospects into sales accepted leads.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of inside sales experience in a SDR, BDR, or Sales Executive role
  • Hands-on experience with the Account-Based Marketing approach
  • Excellent research and investigative abilities
  • Ability to drive urgency in the sales cycle and achieve measurable goals
  • Ability to use Salesforce
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
  • Excellent cross-culture communication skills, fluent speaking English, and advanced email / IM expertise
  • Determined to exceed goals on a weekly basis and have self-accountability
  • Ability to deliver under pressure and work flexible hours

Responsibilities

  • Find decision-makers within target accounts using a variety of tools and tactics
  • Create strategies to address industry issues and challenges encountered
  • Design and use outbound methods, tools and messaging sequences to nurture decision-makers
  • Manage outbound leads and scoring for relevance, pitching with passion
  • Prospect and schedule appointments for Sales Team by cold call, e-mail, or by utilizing LinkedIn, Bloomberg, and other channels
  • Deliver against a quota for qualified leads
  • Leverage Salesforce for lead & pipeline management and sales forecasting
  • Work closely with the on-the-ground sales teams in the US and EMEA to convert your prospects into sales accepted leads
  • Leverage prospecting tools to research companies and potential hooks for sales contacts
  • Prepare and present regular weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Stay current with Customertimes professional services and product content that is published online (White Papers, Points of View, Webinar recordings)
