Customertimes is looking for a Mid-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Developer to join our team in Poland. We are open to consider both full-time and part-time contracts.

Job Description

We specialize in the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions for business transformation. We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Developer to join our team.


  • 2+ years in Dynamics 365/CRM (CE) setup/administration/development
  • Exposure to at least a couple of functionalities from Sales, Customer Service and Field Service, and Marketing and Customer Insights – both Cloud and On-premise
  • Experience in software development projects in different industries (better – in large and long-term engagements) through the entire project lifecycle.
  • Experience in integrating with 3rd party systems, both Microsoft and non-Microsoft platforms
Server Side:
  • Understanding plugin development in Dynamics 365
  • Writing Unit test for .NET (experience with Face XRM or any other library for backend unit testing is an advantage)
  • .NET C# — strong middle — solid background and understanding of .NET platform with a focus on code quality, understanding of core .NET patterns, ability to design classes, in-depth understanding of .NET object-oriented approach
Client Side:
  • Customization (entities, view, forms, dashboard, roles)
  • Ribbon Customization
  • Development web resources (JS, Typescript will be a plus)
  • JavaScript, HTML/CSS — basic knowledge, ability to develop basic UI controls, ability to fetch data using Rest services, understanding of promises
  • Azure REST services development — basic knowledge and experience is expected
  • Git — experience with Git source control and branches
  • Toolkit: Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps, Postman, XRM ToolBox, Chrome Dev Tool basic experience is expected
  • Agile Software Development experience
  • Exposure to enterprise planning and delivery tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps (CI/CD)
  • Experience in Dynamics 365 Custom API or Custom Actions
  • Any React/Angular/Redux knowledge
  • Experience in developing custom web components for Dynamics CRM
  • Hands-on experience deploying with Microsoft Power Platform solutions
  • Certifications in MS Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform
  • Good English is desirable, but pre-intermediate could be considered as well; we will provide intensive English training for you
