Today we are looking for an Engagement Manager!


  • Experience in implementing CRM-systems through the role of project manager
  • Knowledge of solutions and describing business processes
  • Hands on experience in waterfall and agile engagements
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Critical and systematic thinking
It will be to your advantage to have:
  • Knowledge or familiarity with Salesforce
  • Experience in product development companies
  • Practical experience in Scrum Master and Agile Coach positions
  • Good understanding of product management and solution architecture


  • Identify and acquire key resources for the projects (including outside vendors) and gain commitment from these key resources/teams to be accountable for on-time delivery
  • Plan project's timeline, driving project team members to schedule baselines, including getting solid business requirements, and facilitation of sprint/code drop planning, infrastructure build out, etc.
  • Drive project scope development and ensure program team understands the key success criteria for the program
  • Carefully manage risks across the project throughout the project life cycle to ensure the project is delivered on time
  • Keep the project team highly organized and on track for effective implementation and delivery
  • Identify and manage project issues and schedule changes. Coordinate scope change requests estimations. Communicate major decisions that have an impact on the project delivery
  • Communicate regularly with project teams, colleagues, and upper-management to set expectations and remain in alignment with planned deadlines and the status of the project
  • View the customer delivery process from the partnership perspective, bearing in mind future sales and maintaining a success track with customer
