Today we are looking for Delivery Head!


  • 5+ years of working in IT Consulting
  • 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager (leading the delivery on international - enterprise projects)
  • Experience in working as a Delivery Manager, providing oversight/guidance on the project portfolio of the organization
  • Experience in performing resource management for outsourcing organizations
  • Good understanding of and hands-on experience in project management and software development
  • Strong understanding of IT-consulting methodology, SDLC, Agile, and hybrid approaches on delivery
  • Proficient rational thinking and an analytical approach to work
  • Proactive approach in job execution
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form (Russian and English)
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives

  • Perform oversight and management of project teams and workstreams in the assigned area of responsibility, according to escalation procedures defined within the organization
  • Be responsible for PnL of projects within the assigned area of responsibility
  • Act as an escalation point and senior manager for projects
  • Coach and guide project managers by monitoring their projects and processes during implementation; provide recommendations and steer their execution
  • Support regular internal audits of projects and established processes
  • Drive high-quality delivery, and quality implementation of PMO standards and CT best practices across all projects within assigned area of responsibility
  • Work with PMO, Country Heads, and LnD department on an increasing level of competence for resources assigned on the project; recommend internal and external trainings intended to increase CT value for the customer, as well as provide extra motivation for our employees
  • Participate in project manager's performance review cycles
  • Act as a point of contact for customers’ upper management to efficiently prevent escalations, as well as resolve those as they materialize
  • Work with Department Managers / Staffing Managers to ensure efficient & balanced team composition for the assigned projects
  • Work together with Global Head of Delivery and Portfolio Managers to ensure delivery-focused approach of all supporting functions
