Chief Accountant


Customertimes is hiring an experienced Chief Accountant. As part of our financial team, this person will be responsible for conducting financial activities of Customertimes in accordance with Polish law and the inner workings of the company.


  • Comprehensive accounting and tax reporting 
  • Experience maintaining personnel records 
  • Reports for company management 
  • Knowledge of software for accounting 
  • Knowledge of Polish law 
  • Calculating salaries for employees 
  • Preparing and submitting declarations on the forms PIT, CIT, VAT, ZUS, GUS 
  • Calculation and optimization of taxes 
  • Control of all accounting issues for the company 
  • Successful experience passing internal audits and tax audits 
  • Knowledge of Polish and Russian at a high level is required - writing, reading, speaking (we accept language certificates), English 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Word / Excel 
  • Direct experience in Poland in the field of accounting for at least 3 years 
  • Preference will be given to a specialist with experience in the IT field 
  • Experience with dedicated accounting programs (1C Accounting and similar Polish ones) 
  • Higher education 
  • Permission to work legally in Poland - long visa, Karta Polaka, long-term stay, Polish citizenship 


  • Maintaining personnel records 
  • Analysing and verifying entries in accounting books 
  • Supervising accounts payable and receivable 
  • Preparing financial documents for all areas 
  • Tax calculations for the company 
  • Maintaining primary accounting for the company 
  • Selection of the optimal taxation system 
  • Communication with tax and government authorities 
  • Submission of reports
