Job Description
You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive requirements gathering, analyzing business needs, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and the development team. Your expertise will ensure the successful delivery of patient support systems, focusing on product information, usage guidance, and insurance management.
Qualifications
Basic
- Previous experience in Healthcare, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences industry
- 5+ years of overall IT experience, including 3+ years as a systems analyst and 2+ years in application development
Preferred
- 3+ years working for a healthcare provider, pharmaceutical company, or life sciences company
- Salesforce Health Cloud project experience
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Service/Sales Cloud Consultant
- Experience with JIRA
Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage Business Analysis Activities:
- Lead and manage the business analysis activities within the project.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, developers, and other team members.
- Ensure that the business analysis deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Analyze and document business requirements, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns promptly.
Documentation and Specifications:
- Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Collaborate with the development team to design solutions that meet business requirements.
- Validate the implemented solutions through testing and ensure they meet the documented requirements.
Testing and Validation:
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and obtain sign-off from stakeholders.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the business analysis function and the overall project.
- Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and quality.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead a team of business analysts, providing guidance and support.
- Mentor junior business analysts and facilitate their professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with business requirements and solution design.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
