Account Receivable Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or similar
• 3+ years of experience in account receivable role
• Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Incredible attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Proficient knowledge of MS Excel and Quickbooks
• Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP is an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (especially with clients)
• Intermediate+ level of English

Responsibilities

• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables’ data
• Maintain precise records of all incoming payments and account statuses
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
• Actively investigate and resolve discrepancies in both incoming and outgoing payments
• Contact Clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
