This Demo Kit is designed to help Solution Engineers demonstrate a complete retail execution scenario with focus on field sales use case leveraging an offline mobile app CT Mobile.
Using CT Mobile you can show how the rep can plan visits and execute the visit with an interactive and highly configurable mobile app, working offline on the tablet (iPad for this demo).
Our technology is additive to Salesforce Platform, Sales, Service or FSL license, enabling field sales scenarios for sales & trade reps, as well as merchandisers.
Quite often we are also addressing a direct sales use cases with "penny-perfect" pricing. Solution is also featured with an AI-powered image recognition, contract management & e-signature, etc. Reach us out to know more about those cases and references.
Click 'Install' and login into your Salesforce account, where you want the IDO to be installed.INSTALL
Allow access to IDO in the system for it to be installed. For proper functioning, IDO requires access to your basic information, and needs to be able to access and manage your data. You can revoke access at any time.INSTALL
The package requires the "Contact to multiple accounts" premission enabled. To insure that this permission is enabled, click "Set the permission" and follow to a new popup window.INSTALL
In the new window, make sure "Allow users to relate a contact to multiple accounts" is checked.INSTALL
Go back to the installation window and click "Continue installation". You will be notified via email once the package is installed.INSTALL
