This demo script has been created for SEs to deliver a demonstration highlighting the value proposition of Salesforce for Consumer Goods: field reps such as trade reps, sales reps, merchandisers and similar use cases.

This script is designed to deliver a generic demo that provides some best practices for the demo flow and talk track. However, if you are not delivering a generic demo tailor the script’s data and talk track to address your customer’s requirements and business needs.

The purpose of this demo is to show how field sales reps can fulfill their Retail Execution tasks leveraging an OFFLINE mobile app CT Mobile.

Demo includes the following important elements: Access to client portfolio (accounts) offline; 360-degree view of the point of sale (account) offline; Planning of the field activities (visits) using interactive calendar; Visit reporting; Store Audit / Store Check; Promotion audit; Visit closing, planning of the follow up activities.
