CT Mobile Certified Administrator

CT Mobile Certified Administrator The certificates confirms a sufficient level of knowledge to support already implemented CT Mobile solution or participate in the implementation on an assistant's role.
Certification Prerequisites:

  • Salesforce.com certified administrator or Salesforce.com certified developer
  • At least one year of experience working with Salesforce.com
  • Completion of CT Mobile Initial Training preparation course

  • Capabilities upon completion:
  • Understanding of industry specific processes (Pharmaceuticals, Finance, FMCG)
  • Maintain day-to-day CT Mobile activities (add new users, provide access, add/remove new fields)
  • CT Mobile incident management (reply to user’s queries, troubleshoot/escalate any incidents)
  • Assist implementation team with CT Mobile setup under Consultant’s supervision
  • CT Mobile Certified Jr. Consultant

    The certificates confirms a sufficient level of knowledge to support already implemented CT Mobile solution or participate in the implementation on a Jr. Consultant’s role.
    Certification Prerequisites:

  • Salesforce.com certified administrator or Salesforce.com certified developer
  • Salesforce.com certified sales cloud consultant or Salesforce.com certified service cloud consultant
  • At least two years of experience working with Salesforce.com
  • CT Mobile administrator certificate
  • Completion of CT Mobile Advanced training course

  • Capabilities upon completion:
  • Understanding of new features of CT Mobile
  • Knowledge of the implementation approach
  • Knowledge of best practices in CT Mobile implementation
  • Participation in full scale implementation as a junior consultant
  • To be able to develop interactive HTML5 content based on raw data provided
  • CT Mobile Certified Consultant

    The certificates confirms a sufficient level of knowledge to support already implemented CT Mobile solution, work independently and lead a team of Jr. CT Mobile Consultants on implementation of new CT Mobile solution.
    Certification Prerequisites:

  • Salesforce.com certified administrator or Salesforce.com certified developer
  • Salesforce.com certified sales cloud consultant
  • Salesforce.com certified service cloud consultant
  • At least three years of experience working with Salesforce.com
  • CT Mobile administrator certificate
  • CT Mobile Jr. Consultant Certificate
  • Completition of CT Mobile Certified Consultant training course

  • Consultant’s capabilities upon completion:
  • Lead team of Jr. CT Mobile consultants
  • Independently implement CT Mobile in a customer’s environment
  • Collect and analyze requirements. Map requirements on CT Mobile capabilities
